Signing up for e-Bill Pay is easy: If you already have Online Banking, simply log in, click on the "Bill Payment" button and continue to the registration link. Your account access isn't limited to a specific PC or software. Use any Internet-accessible computer. All you need for easy access is a version 4.0 or higher of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer 128-bit secure-capable web site browser.
