If you have equity in your home, Union Savings Bank offers fixed and variable rate home equity line of credit products.

• No processing, application, attorney or appraisal fees for amounts $250,000 or less.
• Pay monthly interest only on the dollar amount in use.
• No principal payments are required.
• Easy to complete application form.
• Owner Occupied only.
• Consumer purposes only.
• You will be billed monthly for the amount of the Minimum Payment (interest and fees for the billing cycle).  Paying only the Minimum Payment will not pay any of the principal balance of Loan Advances.  If you pay only the Minimum Payment, at the end of the loan, you will be required to pay the entire balance on the loan.
• Annual fee is $50.
• Property Insurance required.
